Detailed 7-Day Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Delhi
- Welcome: Arrive at Delhi airport/railway station and receive a warm welcome by our representative. Transfer to your hotel.
- Sightseeing: If time permits, visit key landmarks including India Gate, the Rashtrapati Bhawan (President’s House), and enjoy leisure time at Connaught Place for shopping or dining.
- Overnight: Stay in Delhi.
Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing
- Morning: Explore Old Delhi by visiting Jama Masjid, the vibrant Chandni Chowk market (with an optional rickshaw ride), and the impressive Red Fort.
- Afternoon: Visit Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, and the striking Lotus Temple.
- Evening: Optional cultural programs or leisure time.
- Overnight: Stay in Delhi.
Day 3: Delhi to Agra
- Transfer: Drive to Agra (approx. 4-5 hours). En route visit Sikandra, the mausoleum of Emperor Akbar.
- Sightseeing: Tour the magnificent Taj Mahal at sunset (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Agra Fort with its royal palaces and mosques. Also, explore the exquisite Itimad-ud-Daulah’s Tomb, often called the ‘Baby Taj’.
- Overnight: Stay in Agra.
Day 4: Agra to Jaipur (via Fatehpur Sikri)
- Morning: Early visit to Taj Mahal for sunrise views, followed by breakfast and check-out.
- En route: Visit Fatehpur Sikri, the former Mughal capital with impressive structures including Buland Darwaza and Panch Mahal.
- Arrival: Check in to your hotel in Jaipur.
- Evening: Visit Birla Mandir (Laxmi Narayan Temple) and enjoy strolling through local markets.
- Overnight: Stay in Jaipur.
Day 5: Jaipur Sightseeing
- Morning: Explore Amber Fort with an optional elephant or jeep ride to its entrance; visit Panna Meena ka Kund stepwell and see the Jal Mahal palace on the lake.
- Afternoon: Visit City Palace and Museum, Jantar Mantar observatory, and photograph the iconic Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds).
- Evening: Browse vibrant bazaars like Johari Bazaar and Bapu Bazaar for handicrafts, textiles, and gemstones.
- Overnight: Stay in Jaipur.
Day 6: Jaipur to Pushkar (via Ajmer)
- Transfer: Drive to Pushkar (approx. 3-4 hours).
- Ajmer Sightseeing: Stop in Ajmer to visit Ajmer Sharif Dargah, Adhai Din ka Jhonpra mosque, and Ana Sagar Lake.
- Pushkar: Check into your hotel. Explore the sacred Brahma Temple, holy Pushkar Lake, and witness the evening aarti ceremony at the ghats.
- Overnight: Stay in Pushkar.
Day 7: Departure from Pushkar or Jaipur
- Farewell: After breakfast, check out and proceed to your onward destination. You can be transferred to Jaipur or Ajmer airport/railway station depending on your travel plans.
